When do I receive my totes?

Approximately one week before move-out, giving you time to pack at your own pace. We will have announced dates and time frames for your student's dorm hall.

When do I pick my move-out time?

In mid - late April we send a scheduling link once finals dates are released. 

How does move-out work?

Our crew arrives at your scheduled time, handles all heavy lifting, documents everything with pictures and transports everything to our climate-controlled facility.

What counts as an item?

Each individual piece — a fridge, a tote, a TV, a mattress, a bag. If your count exceeds your tier, you are bumped to the correct one.

How does billing work?

$50 deposit at booking. Full move-out fee charged on pickup day minus deposit. Storage billed monthly. Fall move-in and prorated final month charged automatically. 

Is storage climate controlled?

Yes. Monitored 7 Days a Week, Pest & Climate-controlled facility protected from Louisiana heat and humidity. 

Is there any hidden fees?

Stairs: 2nd Floor = $50

3rd Floor = $100

Incomplete Labeling - Inventory Sheet: $50 (We will emphasize this heavily on tote delivery dates)

Not Packed/Unready by scheduled move out slot: $50 

Unsanitary Fridge - If fridge is not cleaned out properly: $50

How do I schedule fall move-in?

In July we will reach out accordingly to schedule your preferred date.

We deliver to your new home.

What fits inside a tiger tote?

Are my items insured?

Yes. If any items are lost or damaged we replace them at full cost.

Each item holds up to $250/item, if the value exceeds that please let us know.

All claims must be made 24 hours after move in.

All receipts/proof of purchase is required for all reimbursements. 

Services outside storage season?

Yes. Study abroad services, full-service moving and labor-only available year-round.
